Full-time Facility Manager

at CareerLink in Nairobi

  • Management of BMS (Building Management System) & feedback & reporting to all relevant stakeholders
  • Responsible for operation & maintenance of all facilities occupied in office & guesthouse
  • Implement and monitor all relevant policies & procedures to ensure the smooth & cost effective management of the facilities
  • Oversee vendor activities to provide services within budget and quality requirements
  • Address infrastructure requirements of the business
  • Coordinate with the Administration department for administrative requirements
  • Coordinating with procurement for the negotiation & agreement of all maintenance contracts for office and guest houses
  • Interact with all regulators and other statutory bodies to ensure relevant business licenses and other requirements are adhered to
  • Work hand in hand with Security Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Civil or Mechanical engineer Degree
  • At least 4 years in a management role in a medium-large facility.
  • Managed a facility that houses over 800 pax
