Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of around 5 developers and architects
• Gaining confidence as consultant for new IT initiatives
• Evangelize ways that IT can benefit business
• Understand business needs and provide technology solutions to meet business KPIs
• Managing development and implementation processes
• Managing contracting and agreements
• Setting SLAs and managing deliverables
• Identifying potential risks to deliverable
• Setting expectations and managing deliverables
• Relationship management and exerting influence
• Managing MIS development and implementation
• Coordination across projects, prioritize, coordinate with IT operations, Users.
• Manage User expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• IT development: platforms, programming, development process
• Telecom business – information needs, BSS systems
• Project Management certification or experience of over 5 years in Project Management, overall 10 years in IT
• IT degree and preferably a management degree or over 5 years experience in managing a team
